After a 30 minute delay receiving my order after the time the app said it would be ready the fries weren’t at all warm and I they replaced. The chicken was awful. There wasn’t even skin on the breast. I figured I’d find it somewhere in the bucket. Nope this naked piece of chicken was placed in the bottom and covered with the other pieces. No sign of the skin. Tried to get assistance from the manager but he was little help and when I asked if he had anything thing to say, maybe “we need to do better” his response was that he was busy. Good luck Shawn, move on before you destroy your professional reputation fighting the battle of that location.

Everytime I door dash from this ace it’s a joke. I spent 80 tonight I ordered around 7:30 – 8 pmvand they literally told my door dash driver they are about to get off work so their fryers are broke. They really refused making my order. I have even went thru drive thru once waited 45 mind in a line for them to tell us they was out of chicken this was around 7pm. They got nothing but kids working and all they do is play around and sit around. They deserve no stars in my opinion.

Went through drive thru got 16pc family tenders meal.The drive thru person sucked spent way to much time texting asked if BBQ sauce was in the bag she barley nodded her head yes before closing the window. Get home no sauce dry tenders. $44.99 and totally unsatisfied , will go back to driving to the Woodville rd. location

this was the worst kfc ive ever been to, lobby was nasty we had to clean off our own table, staff was cussing each other in front of little kids, you can tell the food had been sitting out for a while and they told us they couldnt make any sandwhiches. not to mention the food we were able to get was covered in a ridiculous amount of salt, to the point my kids an wife wouldnt finish and they LOVE kfc for some reason.

Stopped to get a bucket of crispy chicken, they didn’t have enough, would have been 25min wait. We ordered #12, chicken sandwich was old and smelled funny. 2 famous bowls, was mostly corn and no gravy. Lousiana heat chicken strips, they were old, burnt and had no sauce. And the biscuit was old and hard. And they did not give us a receipt!!!!!!!!! The thing is every time we go there they don’t have chicken!!! This is the last time…..never again!!!!!!!
