Sat waiting to order at machine immediately, which is understandable. But after at least 5 minutes still wasn’t able to order. Then once we finally did it took at least 20 more minutes till we got to the window. Once we did finally get to the window, my family and I (including my 4 year old son), continously heard profanity and yelling coming from in the kitchen this coming even from the larger gentleman who i believed to be the manager. Then when we got our food. We did not get the 36 nuggets we ordered even after he has asked if we ordered the 36 nuggets. Got funnel fries instead of regular fries. Ordered two large mashed potatoes and got one. And then a Cole slaw that was never even ordered. Had to turn back around and my husband went in while my 4 year old and I sat in the car while he was crying that he was hungry. and then had to wait at least another good 20 minutes to even get the proper food. When he did he said he “threw an extra mashed potato in there for the inconvenience” when in reality we just got our other mashed potato we ordered. Severely disappointed in the service today. I have NEVER experienced service this terrible. I will not be returning.

Did not give us any of the four sauces that were included in the online order, nor cutlery, nor honey or butter for the biscuits. Fries were WAY too salty, chicken tenders were minuscule. And the large mashed potatoes were barely filled halfway..

Just got a number 13….was pink and fry’s not all the way done. My brother got food poisoning the other day from this location. Absolutely disgusting. Needs to be closed. Workers don’t do their job apparently. Completely unacceptable.

I’ve always been a fan of KFC ever since it was Kentucky fried chicken. I always order a 3piece dark with a mash and Cole slaw. I like the fact that you can dine in, get it to go, or order it online. Either way, it’s still good.

This place went down hill. $35 dollars of food tossed out and not ate. Staff rude and doesn’t pay attention. Rushed and constantly had to repeat while giving order because they couldn’t text and listen to the order. Wasn’t even worth calling to let a manager know the next day, tried calling once we got to the hotel (down the road and couldn’t get them to answer).

Tonight was a bust! The chicken was disgusting!! I’m not sure if they over cooked it or if it was old, but yuck!!! I ordered extra crispy skin and it was extra crispy all right, it was so crispy, I couldn’t get my teeth to go through it. The inside was dry and pliable.

This KFC has the best chicken, always fresh. I never had a bad piece and the Cole slaw was excellent. The staff for the most part are great. Had an isolated incident with the attitude of a male manager. Not very friendly. I haven’t seen him past few visits. Keep up the good work
