Went to this KFC after stopping at the Laskey Rd one, we went to dine in and they wouldn’t let us in, but let others. We really wanted some so we decided to give it one more try here. Staff was very welcoming and friendly especially Keisha. She had just cleaned the tables and made our order fast. Definitely will choose this one first next!

Don’t waste your money. Didn’t have ranch or straws for us, also handed us the wrong food. After showing them they remake our order and this is what’s considered the 3 chicken tender meal. Look at the size of the tenders in comparison to the biscuit. Place is a joke.

I love this location because of the convenience. I just went there at around 6:01 pm on 08/03 and the service I received was so distasteful. The young lady at the drive thru area wasn’t presentable at all. I do understand that’s she probably had a long day but you’re in the job and customers services comes first. Not only that she was being rude, saying that she didn’t heard me, I repeated myself and she kept shouting. I did went inside to get my food. She was also there vaping. I was wondering where was I for a second. My experience at this time wasn’t the best and I’m suggesting proper customer service skills for our employees dealing with customers.

Every time I go here at 1030 when it “opens” they always say “oh we arnt open until 11 because (insert excuse here)”. If you can’t open until 11 that’s fine but change your hours so people arnt coming for their lunch break only to find out you arnt open.

This KFC on secor rd has the worst customer service. I ordered two meals with fries. When i got home I realized the didn’t give me fry’s instead they gave me mashed potatoes so i went back to the store for them to tell me they are out fry’s. So why not tell me that when i ordered because i would have got something else. So i asked for them to give me macaroni as the side. Which then the lady proceeds to tell me she will have to charge me for that. I shouldn’t be charged for something they messed up and for me to drive all the back to the store. I will never go back to that store especially after the rudeness from the workers.

Drive thru lady was unprofessional had sunglasses on. My order was wrong asked for corn didnt realize til i got home it was cole slaw, and barely contain enough of the family sized sides to make 2 portions (was an 8 piece meal). Asked for honey for biscuits she gave me too giant hand fulls of honey and hotsauce which i didn’t ask for. So much that a few packets slipped thru my fingers onto ground. TRASH

This restaurant was the filthiest restaurant I have ever been in. Didn’t want to order because of the filth and was afraid the kitchen was worse. Ordered to have information to report this filth. I’m 70 yo and have been in many fast food restaurants NEVER have I experienced such filth in the restroom as well as the dining room.
