Me and my husband stopped to get dinner around 8:00 pm. No one came to the counter to take our order seemed like everyone was working the drive thru. Seemed like staffing placement was an issue, waited about 5 minutes then decided to go elsewhere.

Myself and my husband went in there today which is 3/3 at 2:21 this afternoon. The music was so loud we couldn’t even talk they had to yell at us when our order was ready.The sound decimal on my husband’s phone was reading 73. We couldn’t even talk to each other. That’s a bit ridiculous when you have people that are trying to talk to each other and enjoy a meal.

Order around $50worth of food for the family to eat while watching one of my son’s baseball games. Went through the drive thru, and guess what, common sense would tell any normal person to put silverware in with a drive thru order. We got no silverware. And we were not going to leave in the middle of a game. They said they don’t hand out silverware unless requested. Avoid this place, common sense doesn’t seem to exist over the few cents they save by not giving out what you need to eat with.

Very friendly staff. We had our little grandsons with us and they brought our food to our table instead of just yelling our number. Than I ordered biscuits to take home ans the cashier put butter and honey in the bag and brought it to us. Very clean. Someone was already cleaning our table while we were walking out the door. The bathrooms were clean as well.

If I could they would recieve zero stars because the food is gross and usually never hot which I feel is unacceptable for the amount of employees on the clock. And my order has NEVER been correct any of the multiple times I’ve been a customer. I feel they dont lack staff but lack proper management. Too many people doing nothing.

I arrived at the Woodsfield KFC at 7:20 PM 08/21/16. I had to wait till 7:30 PM to get to the dive-up to place my order. After waiting in line another 25 minutes I pulled up to the window to get my food. And I sat there another 10 minutes [8:05 PM] before they open the window and told me that they were out of chicken! They knew 35 minutes before I ever got the the window that they were out of chicken!!!!!!! THIS KFC SUCKS!!!!! And this is NOT the first time these idiots have pulled this Crap!!! Someone at KFC needs to clean house or close this store!!!! THANK GOD McDONALD’S WAS OPEN so I did get to get something to eat!!!
