The WORST customer service ever! They obviously hate their jobs here. Very dry when taking orders. I expect teenagers to be sullen but this was a grown woman with this demeanor. Asked for Buffalo ranch, KFC sauce and ranch and she told me “you need to remind the girl at the window about your sauce” However, the young lady just dropped the buffalo sauce in the bag with none of the others. Then gave me a cup full of ice with a small of root beer

We gave them another chance. We stopped in about 2 months ago and were told they ” Just had a big run on chicken ” so they could not fulfill our order. It was just a bucket of chicken and sides, nothing crazy. So we just ordered what they could provide. We waited for about 10 minutes to get our food. We went back the other night and even asked if they had extra crispy chicken since last time they were out of all chicken…. The young lady walked over and verified that they did. We ordered an 8 pc extra crispy and asked for 4 legs. She then tells me that they couldnt do 4 legs extra crispy as they only have 3 pcs of extra crispy. Then they got the order wrong for the rest of our order. Place was not very clean at all and the young lady at the counter must have been having a bad day…. definitely won’t be going back.

Chicken was awful. One of my chicken legs was not done, it was very pink inside. Biscuit was completely broken into pieces. The service was very slow due to only having 2 workers. I will not return to this location. First and Last visit.

Not a single person is smiling. I smiled at 3 people and only one girl did it back. Food was alright i guess. Also the cashier didn’t say much just walked up and waited for me to say something then I ordered and she just put her hand out for the money. She also grabbed my food with the same gloves she grabbed my cash with disgusting.

I ordered an eight piece chicken box. I wound up throwing out eight pieces of chicken. The chicken tasted old, greasy, and dry like it had been sitting around for hours. This was my first visit to this restaurant and it will be my last. You can see by the photo in my review how dark the chicken is because of how greasy and old it is! I don’t understand how a manager can let food like this be served.

FYI they shut the fryers off 2 1/2 hrs before closing so don’t expect anything remotely fresh and then being out of things. My child’s fries were so hard and old they were literally inedible. Out of fries for the other meal which ended up being a good thing but I had to ask for a refund. My bowl had no corn and I wasn’t told they were out or I wouldn’t have gotten it. I didn’t expect much but food was so stale and nasty I don’t plan on ever going back!
