My roommate and I went up there to order a family bucket for us and my wife when we got to the restaurant the kid at the counter was very unprofessional and snappy. He didn’t ask us what type of chicken we wanted (original recipe, extra crispy etc). The bathroom had a printed out sign that says no public restrooms when every KFC has them. When we did get our order home it was clearly old chicken that was reheated and not properly breaded, plus clearly they used old fryer oil.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Drive through took forever with just 3 cars, they somehow managed to double check the order and still get it wrong twice, and the food quality itself was awful. The chicken was gooey and had a very strange texture.

Ordered through Uber and had the worst experience. Ordered family meal w/ 2 sides, mash & gravy + mac & cheese. Driver contacted me and said they were out of mac & cheese, I opted for fries as sub. Tell me how I got 2 orders of mash, no gravy? Both tasted TERRIBLE, one had a ton of chunky powder (presumably potato flakes) I don’t even know what was going on with the chicken. All I know is that I’ve had food poisoning since last night

No way the managers at this painesville location are very unprofessional and careless about the customers satisfaction. I’ve seen this over and over at this location. I strongly feel that the manager should be fired for her actions and bad bad behavior. and very rude.. acts like a child and not at all honest.

I normally do not give reviews, but this isn’t the first time my order hasn’t been correct. At the drive thru I ordered 2 chicken wrap combo meals and a coleslaw. First they tried to give me someone else’s order, then a few minutes later they handed me my order. I asked for my receipt and as she gave it to me she said you can sèe it.. At the end of the day I’m tired and forgot to check the order as I always do before pulling away. At home I realized they only gave me 1 combo meal and no drinks. The wraps only had a small smear of mayo on them. Terrible service and meal.
