We came in and a couple of the workers just kind of looked at us, then turned around and walked away. A few minutes later, a lady in the back noticed us, smiled, and said that someone would be right with us. A few more minutes later, a nice young man came out, smiled, and helped us. It took some time for our order to be ready. They were almost completely out of napkins, sauce for the chicken nuggets, (they only had two flavors,) and with all the people working in the back, when a timer went off, the guy working the register had to let them know to check on it.

Whats the point of being on uber eats, if you are not going to process the order!!!!! I placed an order on uber for PICK UP, i go on time (30 mins later) and the people who work there are clueless there was even an order!! I had to wait 20 mins to get my order. So unprofessional

The order taker told Me I would take crispy not ask. I said why no original. He got upset and tried to dismiss me. I believe his name was Brandon. Told me it would be a 16 minute wait. After a solid half hour I had to pull back to the window…the dining room was closed. My receipt said it was 3 in the afternoon, but I got there and placed my order around 8:30 PM. Then he tried to leave out my green beans, he wanted me to show my receipt in order to get my green beans. Food was hot, but to have to go through that. Brandon needs retrained and original chicken should be available until close. It was at least an hour and a half before closing. How many customers got turned away. We have to stop accepting this mess.

My wife was hungry so she decided she wanted some chicken.KFC was close by so we stopped and ordered her a mashed potato bowl and two chicken legs.When we paid for the order the cashier shove the bag out the window and to top it off the mashed potato bowl didn’t have the extra chicken she ordered and they only gave us one chicken leg.This store is one of the worst .I would never go back.
