Purchased 2 pot pies. There’s a reason they don’t call them Chicken Pot Pies. My wife turned her pie over and spread contents on plate to cool it and noticed no chicken at all. So I did the same and found only 2 small cubes of chicken! Called store and they said they will replace the 2 pot pies. Tasted good but no protien.

Some of the worst food I’ve ever had. Wanted to try the beyond chicken nuggets. Had to wait over 10 minutes to get my food thought it was going to be fresh. The nuggets were either way over cooked or deep fried twice and the fries were cold. Way over-priced too. $15 for 12 nuggets a small fry and a small drink. It all ended up in the garbage except for the half filled drink.

I went at 4:30 to get the $20 fill up box thinking I’d get atleast hot food since its almost dinner rush ha I was sooo wrong. I even had to wait 15 minutes for my food and it literally was not even warm, the chicken was rubber the fries were soggy and the biscuits were ice cold and hard. KFC is worse than McDonald’s anymore. What a waste.

Wouldn’t have even gave them 1 star. Pulled up to the drive thru around 8:10 and waited. Lights were on and all. I then pulled up to the window and the lady stared right at me not once but twice and just turned all the lights off. Didn’t even say sorry we’re closed or anything. This restaurant has rude staff and should just be shut down and everyone can go to the one on Pearl. Crazy how this place is brand new and yet can’t get help, nor friendly employees.

Edit 2/3/23: Visited again. This place is still entirely mismanaged. Pulled up to the drive through at 7:54 PM. The sign on the drive through says the drive through closes at 10:00. Waited 5 minutes and no one came. Tried to go inside and the doors were locked. The notice on the door days the drive through closes at 8 (Which is it?) Tried the drive through again anyway and someone actually answered this time. Ordered the box with 2 breasts and 1 wing. I received 1 breast and a handful of wings. They did not advise they were substituting anything. Ordered extra crispy and got original. We also ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and got regular. Again, no one told us they were substituting.

Food was cold, missing sides, and the chicken sandwiches were totally plain. Nothing on it. Just plain chicken and bread. I paid way too much for the food to be this gross. If you don’t want to properly do your job then don’t work there.

This soggy nastiness is supposed to be original recipe. Oh and the 8 piece box i paid for was only 7 pieces which is 3 drumsticks 1 thigh and 2 tiny shriveled breast. Run away from this location they are terrible. Both times I have been here have been the absolute worst experiences I have ever had.
