I love KFC but it seems like every time I go to this one they are either out of something, they forget something in my order or it takes FOREVER to get my food even when I order online and I’ve also tried waiting 10 mins after it says my order will be ready. I will say they are very friendly but very unorganized! Go to the one in Cuyahoga falls instead. They really have their act together and is a million times better than this one

KFC use to be my favorite,I don’t know why over the years things have changed so drastically with the flavor of everything,The gravy use to be great tasting with black pepper you could clearly see, these days it’s just brown gravy,it doesn’t even help out those instant spuds,just flavorless,The chicken taste like a barn yard, sad but true.I ordered 3pc strip meal,for children I guess, pieces were so small,might as well been nuggets.Time to move on from this.ive been to this location 2 time in the last few months, the place is never busy anymore yet my orders were improper.i just don’t get it .yes and my favorite coleslaw is just awful dry and vinegar tasting, just not the same anymore.Streetsboro needs a Popeyes!!!!!!!!

The chicken was raw and moist. My fries were soggy and little to no salt. I found a piece of “chicken” that seemed like a rat. This only happens in Ohio. I don’t get bad service anywhere else.

I have always loved KFC but lately, the quality has gone down. Service was fast, but the food was luke warm, fries were almost cold, and the biscuit was hard. The size of the chicken seemed smaller, too.
