KFC food was typical. Chicken was good. Cole slaw and Mac n cheese ok. But the place was filthy. The floor sticky. Tables greasy. Disgusting. Only thing worse was the attitude of the woman who took our order. She needs to find a position where she interact with dead poultry, not live people.

I know it has been many moons since I worked fast food, but I am pretty sure the health department guidelines still states that it is unsanitary to stand at the counter and eat while on the clock. The whole time we dined in, there was one male worker constantly eating at the counter.

Waited in the drive through for 25 min ordered my food waited 10 more min to get to the window and they said they where out of what I ordered but they will have more ready in 5 min and to pull up 35 min later they brought it out total of an 1hr 10 min waiting witched caused my truck to over heat then they where so hot I couldn’t eat them right away so I went to auto parts store and got coolant for my truck and filled it up by that time they where to cold to eat and I had to wait another 45 min to get home and warm them up won’t be going there again when I haven’t eaten all day and am starving

The staff was out of control. Complaining about my order. Other customer also witnessed the one employee throwing her scooper down, just so much attitude. Customers should not hear you complain about them or witness staff having tantrums. One friendly young girl was nice and helped me with my order. Food tasted good, but I don’t want to deal with bad, no, horrible staff. Have no intentions of ever going back to this location. Have heard from others about bad customer service experiences at this location.

Got the chicken service was what sucked could barely understand the girl that waited on me. She talked very low and was picking at her face and when the fountain drink that I ordered was out instead of asking me if I wanted my money back she just told me it was out and then walked away!!!! Never will I go to that one again. And the place was dirty.

KFC is never at the top of my list. I hardly go. But yesterday I went and ordered 2 original 2p dinner. I asked for it fresh and waited 25 min. But once I got home the chicken looked as if someone took a bite out of it. It looked sawgy(wrong spelling) and lets just say if it was fresh I hate to see what it looked like old. Never again. But it was cheap.
