Awful customer service. Do not go there at night even though they close at 10. Went there at 9:40. Couldn’t serve chicken tenders because it was to close to 10. Order 2 8 piece nuggets. Could only give one because they were done serving nuggets for the night.

excited to try the new double down today for the first time coming through town and stopped by KFC in Dover. Very disappointed :(. Ordered the Double Down Combo Spicy. Chicken was bland and dry, lacked seasoning. French Fries were cold and stale and Mt. Dew was flat. $13 down the drain.

WORST EXPERIENCE, firstly we walked in and no one greeted us, we ordered our food which we asked a spicy famous bowl with xtra cheese and mac and cheese instead of mac and cheese the first one was a regular famous bowl and then the second was a regular famous bowl with mac no spicy after we told them 3 times. its not impossible we ordered it a week prior at the same place & it was perfect. 2nd it has nothing to do with me but 4 workers were up at the cash register having a pow wow meanwhile a man is standing there waiting patiently to be assisted it took about 2 mins before anyone asked. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD SERVICE WAS ALSO TRASH.

Long wait few cars on line, people behind us left. New crunchy tenders ,ash potatoes and gravy ( gravy lacking on the spices. Macaroni and cheese, husband enjoys. I’d rather have green beans or wedges I adore the gravy so I notice when it’s not right. Biscuits awesome. Chicken delightful.
