Placed an order and they forgot all our sides. We got a $60 meal for a couple people and forgot a majority of the food and wouldn’t even try to work with us on getting the rest of our order. Service and management is terrible. Food mediocre at best. The biscuits were so dry they could break a window. Not sure how they’re still in business at this point. They’re lucky they’re the only KFC close or in Wooster. Case closed

So we ordered our meals through the drive through. The lady did not ask what sides we wanted, but that was the least of our issue. Once we pulled up and got our food, we noticed an empty box which should’ve been fries. The girl insisted they were in there, they had just fallen out. However, that was not the case. This girl was so irritated that we offered to give her the bag back to prove there was nothing but an empty box in there. She did not apologize, nor did she believe us. She seemed extremely upset at something that was clearly their fault. I have never felt so disrespected my whole life. We didn’t get a tone with her, we were not rude, just simply tried to show her that they gave us nothing but an empty box. Finally she gave us the missing fries, but again did not apologize, nor seem to care that they messed up. I agree with the other comments here, management needs to be replaced. Avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible service! Placed a door dash order for pickup. My wife went to pick it up and came home with one bag. $45.52 for the order and didn’t get our chicken or biscuits. Upon calling the store I was told there was nothing they could do and that I had to call door dash. 2 hours later and door dash did refund the order but they still wouldn’t provide/remake the rest of our order so our kids could eat there lunch!!!

Well let’s see. The assist mgr on duty came to the drive thru window and said, oh I’m sorry I just had to give door dash the last pot pie for a pick up. I have sat for over 45 mins to get my order. There was 3 cars in front of me. Her lame excuse was we’re short handed. Really like starting at $13 an hour an you can’t get people to work their. Then you wanted me to take something else in place of my pot pie I order. I said, no. Then she said she couldn’t give me a receipt to where it was refunded to my Discover card. So I took a picture of the receipt and called Discover card regarding the matter. Instead of giving stars on a review it should be numbers from zero to ten. They would have gotten a zero.
