My husband was the only customer at the drive thru when he placed our order. My order was for 3 piece strips with Mac and cheese and Cole slaw, leonade, and ranch dipping sauce. I received my chicken strips and lemonade — with Fries and no ranch. My husband said he waited nearly five minutes for the biscuits so there was enough time to double check our order and correct it. This is not the first time my order was wrong, but the first time I have complained. Maybe it’s time two people check orders before handing them to customers.

I haven’t been to KFC in YEARS I had a craving. HORRIBLE!!! Chicken Coating wet and soggy litterelly Mush. Isn’t this advertised as CRISPY? So much fat. Looked like BOOGERS. Coleslaw was a pool of liquid no taste. $12? There was corn in my mashed potatoes AND don’t I get a choice of sides. He just tossed it at me and said Coleslaw and potatoes fine? Ummm, NO ! One piece had hardly any meat. NEVER AGAIN. No that I have read the reviews. These are repeat issues.

The new “simplified” menu is disappointing. Not only did they drop my favorite item (popcorn chicken, which ironically made the mash bowl a success & still carry minus the popcorn chicken), but they also dropped the chocolate chip cookies. While I never was a fan of the cookies (because they tasted awful), what kind of monster drops chocolate chip cookies from the menu? It’s anti-American! Company states that drive-thru times are lowered, but as a consumer who frequently goes here, I can honestly say I’ve noticed no difference. Drive thru constantly packed & long wait times to get thru it. If you truly want to speed up drive thru, open the damn lobby! Many of us would rather go in to order than be wrapped around the block in a line waiting to go through drive-thru.
