Went to the drive thru to get my daughter a 2 piece chicken meal that’s advertised for $2.99. Lady told me it would be NINE DOLLARS?!?!?!?! I said NINE DOLLARS FOR TWO CHICKEN LEGS??? She said “yep”. I said well lady the sign right here says $2.99. She was silent for 30 seconds and then told me it was SEVEN DOLLARS AND SOME CHANGE!!! I repeated myself and said I wanted the $2.99 two piece meal that’s on the sign. I got radio silence for about 45 seconds. I had enough and just drove off. These jobs aren’t hard people. If you completely FAIL at working at a simple fast food job, how will you ever make it in life?? Jesus Christ!!!!!!!!!!!!! Figure it out and stop hiring incompetent people.

The girl come out while we were sitting to clean tables I guess. One of the big round tables she just wiped where one seat was at. I couldn’t help myself, I had to ask her why she only wiped one place. She told me, there was only one person sitting there. I asked her what about the mess over here on the table. She told me oh I didn’t see that. I will get it. Then she sprayed a little bit and wiped just that area not the other part of the table. Other tables she never wiped at all. This is not a place I’m going to rush back to eat at.

My goodness! I’m just a freelance eater. I’ve been in Lebanon, Ohio for short term but O Boy, do I love chicken! KFC Cooks the hell out of the chicken here let me tell you! I mean restaurants aren’t created equal now a days but HERE! These people know how to follow instructions from corporate. why do I say this? Because KFC years ago used to have consistency anywhere I went. People used to tell me Black folks cooked the chicken the best!

My 66 year old veteran father went to KFC on 550 Main St here in Lebanon today. Worst experience ever! He tried to get chicken on the app and they made him drive through the drive thru 5 times just for 8 pc of chicken. Manager told him with attitude “this isn’t my problem” then shoved a paper with corporate’s number in his face and slams the drive thru window!!! This is unacceptable. This person is not qualified to be in this position. Very frustrated. Think twice before going to KFC in Lebanon.

Yet AGAIN, 2 hours before closing, NO pot pies. Ordered 2-12 pc nuggets, got ONE. Staff seems abrupt and put off for having to take our order and RARELY get the order correct on the first try. Sadly disappointed, as usual.
