I haven’t had KFC in so long so I was excited for this meal, only to end up beyond disappointed. Fried chicken was completely soggy, not a touch of crisp left. The fries were stale and barely warm. Everything tasted at least a day old and probably microwaved. I’d understand if we ordered too close to closing, but closing was listed at 11 pm and we went at 8:30 pm. That’s still 2.5 hours left, and they’re already handing out leftovers. A complete waste of money and time.

Chicken was old and dried out. Skin on the chicken was so hard and crunchy I thought I might chip my tooth. Drumstick didn’t have any edible meat under the skin to eat, it was so dried up. The chicken from here has gotten so small and basically inedible. I’ve had problems with the chicken the last three times I’ve been here. I guess it’s time I give up on this KFC. It’s a big waste of money.

Orderd 2 spicy chicken breast sandwiches got home and they were 2 very small chicken tender’s on both sandwiches with no pickles and barely any sauce… this has happens twice now and have had to go back and have them replace both sandwiches with full breast …. Josh the manager was very apologetic and remade them immediately… won’t be going back anytime soon!

So an hour before closing which is 1030 but sais open until 11 online. Go through the drive thru and I’m told only thing they can give me is left overs which is chicken strips and sides only. Really left overs. So that means my food isn’t cooked to order. And has been sitting for however long. Im really po about this because from experience on being a leader in a restaurant u aren’t supposed to start closing until your done serving costumers. Meaning don’t shut down the grill and expect to go home at the time of the store closing for costumers. Give yourself an hr extra after closing time for your time to go home. So people can get what they pay for. Smh
