I’ve never in my life been yelled at ordering food or cussed at by a manager. I was in drive thru I couldn’t hear him clearly apologized he then started yelling. I told him he didn’t need to yell he didn’t like that and started getting rude. I then pulled up to window and ask for the manager. the large African American gentlemen that was in the window said he was the manager since he was the one being rude I asked for his manager. He then said he didn’t have a manager. I told him he was full of horse apples. He then proceeded to cuss back at me and closed window on me and would not open it back up. I will not be back and will be advising KFC of my experience with the self proclaimed manager with no manager.

I stopped by to pick up an 8piece tender meal NO drinks and they charged me $28.99!!!!! That is ridiculous I mean wow they charge $10.99 for 8 tenders alone on the app but a meal at the store is $18 more for fries and coleslaw!!?? How are they still in business? Went back to complain because my kids couldn’t even eat the tenders and wouldn’t even offer a refund.. gave them back the food and complained to corporate

Bathroom was so disgusting that there was no way I was ordering food there. Sign on wall stated not to flush toilet paper or feminine products and there was a garbage can in front of the toilet for you to put it in. Smelled so bad. And then no paper towels to dry your hands. You could tell that there was a major overflow because the floor was stained. Left immediately.

I’d give zero stars if possible. They are out of everything by 730-8pm EVERY single time I try to swing thru to get dinner from this location. They don’t even close until 1030 according to Google but I’m most certain they shut down early every night. I work food, so I know better, you aren’t supposed to just shut stuff down because you don’t want to cook any more. Seems like lazy management if you ask me.

Came through the drive thru at 8pm and was told they only had breast. No Mac n cheese and I didn’t have the option to wait for them to cook more food because “the fryer is in clean mode and won’t be back on for an hour” I work fast food and I don’t understand how two hours before you close you can not have any food options other then 3 breast. This isn’t the first time either it seems like every time I come for dinner I can never get popcorn chicken or tenders. I get staffing is an issue I manage a restaurant but just flat out not cooking anymore food when you have cars in your drive thru is craziness and looking at the other reviews on here seems like this is a reoccurring issue

I purchased the 12 pc original recipe meal at 530 pm on Thursday and my chicken was so dry and crispy and hard that not only I couldn’t eat it but my dogs choked on it as well. This is the second time I’ve had this same problem at the Fields Ertel store. I will not be going again.
