Not happy at all. Ordered two famous bowls online for pick up. One of which was to be made with spicy chicken. When I went to pick up the food, was told “we don’t have chicken. Do you want it without?” Cashier seemed shocked that I did in fact want my CHICKEN bowl made with chicken. As the glorious sign up front says no refunds, I wanted to ensure I was getting what I paid $20 for. (2 chicken bowls and a large Mac n cheese). Cashier was insanely rude and stated “we have chicken it’s just frozen” which isn’t surprising for food to be in a freezer and should have been cooked while I waited 20 min for my food. However instead of dropping fresh nuggets she was rude with me when I asked if I could get cut up chicken tenders instead of the nuggets. Guy in the back was fine with it but cashier was insanely rude.

Literally the worst fast food place in Vandalia. They never fail to screw up my order every single time. Not only that, but they are rude about messing up MY order. The food is God awful as well. I wouldn’t eat here if someone paid for my food.

I ordered here yesterday and had the same concern; maybe they are going by weight, but their coleslaw portions are about 20% less than they have been. The containers are usually full to the first line. At $3.19 a piece, it would be nice to get a full container. Their famous bowls are tasty though.

Not only did they forget to give me the chicken tenders I ordered but the sides I ordered of Cole slaw and mashed potatoes and gravy were not pints at all but tiny 2 Oz each and they wouldn’t give me any special treatment for having to drive back to get the rest of my food. No wonder all these places Are closing. The quality and customer service sucks

Waited 20 mins for small order of shrimp. Ordered fish combo and it was so nasty and REFRIED that we ended up throwing entire meal away right there at restaurant. And yes, we did let them know. They were not concerned. Always report to main headquarters on your experiences. Your money was good, so should your food!

We live in Dayton but go to this location because the service is great, friendly and professional, the restaurant is always clean and the food seems to be of higher quality than the KFC restaurants in Dayton and now that they’ve combined with Long John Silver’s we’ll go to that location if we’re in the mood for fish and chips which is made better because you can get KFC sides which has a much better variety than the standard choices at other Long John Silver’s.

I ordered my food waited 30 minutes in line then got to the window to find out that they did not have any gravy for my famous bowl and I only found that out because I asked for extra gravy and they were telling me they didn’t have extra gravy and then told me they had it no. They always end up messing up my order one way or another.

This is a famously sad location. The other low rated reviews here are spot on. Maddie is absolutely correct about this store as others state, it’s been going downhill for a while now. It must be a prerequisite to have a 3rd grade education to work there. That being said … then there is no possible way for them to understand how incredibly embarrassing it is to work at KFC.
