Nothing in my order was correct. This place has been declining for quite some time now. I ordered a dozen hard tacos with mild sauce. I got 12 soft tacos with only meat and cheese and a terrible burrito with hot sauce. It took forever for them to get the wrong order to me, just a terrible place.

Drive-thru always make you wait on the side of the building instead of delivering food through the window. Sitting here now and there are another customers. Suppose they’re just cheating the wait timer instead of improving performance.

It’s always been frustrating knowing that they don’t value me as a customer unless I’m there 2 hours or longer before they close. Now they’ve stooped to false advertising. Signage reads Fried to Order” but it’s just hot wings and sandwich filets and not the famous on the bone chicken at Kentucky Fried Chicken lol.

I went to this kfc on a past Sunday around noon because I had a coupon for a 12 piece meal. It took around 10 minutes to get the meal because they were so busy and the staff was flying around trying to meet the demand.
