I went through the drive thru and I had a coupon for a 12 PC meal 3 sides and 6 biscuits fir 25.99. I was told that it was for mashed potatoes and Cole slaw only. I also ordered a Pepsi when I got to the window they took my card and asked me to pull over I asked for my drink while I waited they said I didn’t order a drink. So I pulled over and after 10 to 15 minutes the lady came out and told me that I could get all white meat or wait for 5 minutes to get what I ordered. So now 25 minutes has passed since I places my order I get my food and when I got home I didn’t get the sides I wanted. Very disappointed.

My husband stopped here one night while driving home. Even though it was over half hour drive, it was still hot, so juicy & flavorful. Best fried chicken I’ve had as ff. The only complaint is the pieces were incredibly small. Be worth the drive if its always that good.

This was a horrible experience starting when I drove up. The speaker on the drive through doesn’t work properly. They have a sign for the hearing impaired which I am not that said pull forward so they know they have an issue. I simply wanted 2 pieces of original chicken. The gal taking my order kept trying to talk to me but no way could I understand so I think she said just pull forward so I did. Also this was at 3 pm and they weren’t busy. When I got to window instead of taking my order she took the next car. Then she took my order then asked me to pull forward. I also gave her my card and she was flustered and didn’t give my card back when she asked me to pull forward.

The food was good but could have been warmer. The service was terrible. Seemed like no employee really wanted to come to the counter to take an order. The atmosphere was terrible as well. The tables were dirty. Most surprising was seeing KFC employees sitting in the lobby eating McDonald’s.

I ordered a drumstick and thigh meal today and was interrupted to be told they didn’t have any dark meat. I asked what they do have and was answered with an attitude saying “white meat”. It seems since they remodeled that service has plummeted.

Every time we visit this particular location, they forget the dipping sauce. They are not pleasant and the last time we went there. They tried to charge . 25 for the sauce. I think I’ ll go to Chillicothe for chicken. This place has too many problems

This is probably one of the most poorest Kentucky fried chickens I’ve been to. No chicken livers, mountain dew dispenser was not working, nor can you get any butter for your biscuits, Plus I couldn’t order no fries! I mean it’s not like they’re giving this food away. Today with the prices being what they are you would think they would up the service! Meaning….. The mountain dew dispenser should be working, you should be able to get butter with your biscuits, chicken livers are on the menu so they should have them, Plus the fries should be ready, they open up at 10:00 a.m. I was there around 11:00 a.m. and I’m pretty sure it was yesterday’s chicken I was eating! Not happy
