Why is the lobby randomly closed all of the time? It’s a gamble rather or not my family can actually come here. Forced to sit in drive thru and once you get there they are out of everything. How is Kentucky fried chicken out of chicken? I have never had an experience like we do fairly consistently here.

Made a complaint to corporate on this visit.Terrible customer service went to ask for butter and kept getting ignored was seen many times had to tell the window woman I needed butter said she didn’t see me I said “well that other woman passed me many times” (so did she but I didn’t want to start an argument with anyone so I didn’t say that) not sure if I will ever dine in again here at KFC very dissatisfied . Also every table dirty had to wipe my own table so I could eat.

As of yesterday i consider this place a joke waited 45 minutes for my food , then when I got my food it was all the wrong stuff and what I did get felt like an ice cube let alone when I asked them to fix my order to the right food on my receipt I was told to just deal with it an employee should never treat a customer like that!

If I hadn’t bought and paid online, I’d run out of there as fast as I could have. Never seen a restaurant as filthy as that place is. Stuff piled up on the front counter like the place wasn’t even open. And no one at the front counter. Ask them a question and they look at you like you’re speaking a foreign language. Place should be shut down and fast.

Would be no stars third time I go to get chicken and they state they don’t have any I was in drive through they state 20 min till they have some it takes 15 min to deep fry chicken so I pulled out of drive through and walk inside and low and behold their was chicken in the racks

Great food, has a taco bell right there in same building too! Usually lots of customer’s there specially around dinner time, but that only means its fresh made!The line can get really long, and there’s no indoor services (online order pick-ups are brought out to you and phone in orders are picked up through drive-thru). Reasonable prices for meals etc. Good place for full meal!

I would give them 5 stars but it took so long from the point of ordering our food to getting it. When I say it took a long time I mean 15 – 20 just getting to the point of ordering it and then another 15 or so minutes after we ordered the food. However the food is always fresh so that’s gotta mean something.
