I Went tonight and I was told that they didn’t have chicken which sounded absurd. This was 9p and they close at 12. I asked the manager how was he going to serve other customers if they didn’t have any chicken. I miss living in Fishers by the other KFC which has Better food and better service

The manager here is a GEM!! Had a mishap with a Kroger order for chicken for an event (they only made 1/3 of what we ordered) with about 30 minutes notice kfc made 225 pieces of chicken!! They are unbelievable and I am so grateful!! Thanks guys!!

Usually a good place! But today I ordered in the drive through. Didn’t get my half gallon tea (didn’t realize til I got home and I live 20 mins away). Didn’t receive a reciept to even prove I ordered it. When I tried calling to see what I could do, cause I was willing to drive back to get it, they didn’t pick up the phone either time I called. When I was in the drive through, the girl who is typically very sweet, just walked away after I paid. The guy on the line had to hand me my food and had to ask her if I was good or not. This is where the confusion started. I was busy making sure all the food was right and forgot about the extra thing of tea. Very annoyed about the whole situation. Wish I would have gotten a reciept so the situation could be fixed and my money wouldn’t have been wasted.

No chicken, so I waited 10 minutes while the kids working kept themselves busy with shenanigans. I finally asked for my money back, but they said it’d be just a few more minutes, and ignored me. When I got home I didn’t even get what I ordered.

Manager Carla was rude, walked up to the counter to take my order while eating! Instead of professionalism or help with my coupon, We received a nasty attitude… David another crewmember was kind and apologetic of the bad service. We were willing to pay full price if need and the manager walked away ignoring our order. Causing us to go to Raising Canes instead.

The food was normal KFC Original Recipe Chicken, Mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, macaroni and cheese and biscuits. Nothing thrilling and everything met expectations for taste. The quantity of the sides was about half of what I would expect with The service was prompt and polite albeit a little slow. The atmosphere was normal KFC with acceptable cleanliness.

Quality of the chicken is always inconsistent, I always order 12 pc drum and thighs however the employees don’t seem to care by putting wings and breast meat in the bucket . Service is very slow! New management led to lesser quality.

We normally love the mashed potato bowls..but the last 2 times we got them they were mostly corn and hardly any potato. Also, they put the new nuggets in them instead of the popcorn chicken & they are TERRIBLE. Highly disappointed.

Wow u want to be disrespected? Workers cursing at eachother then curse at you. They always have police calls in their store I don’t usually write bad reviews but this place is horrible. If you want to make a documentary on low class people that’s a place to go. You will get perfect material. What a joke KFC still have this store open.

Literally order a famous bowl and I had TWO pieces of GRISTLE as my “chicken”. That was IT. That was all that was in my bowl. I took it back and 3 employees walk right past me, disregarding me as the only person in the restaurant. I stood there for 5 minutes, asked for a new famous bowl and show them what’s wrong with my meal. One girl persists to tell the manager she put “like 3 pieces of chicken in that bowl”….regardless…. THREE!? I have a photo but don’t know how to post it. It was absolutely ridiculous
