I went here on Saturday early afternoon The girl taking the order tells me that They don’t have original no more Because the owner does not want to fix the fryer so I got crispy The chicken didn’t even taste good it was dry.

They had a sign on the drive up saying they only had extra crispy chicken and they told us they were out of fries, ok fine. We ordered other things and were asked to pull forward and wait. The wait wasn’t terrible but they forgot our drinks and they had us go back around to the window for them. Not the best, but whatever. But the food was terrible. The chicken was old, dry, and barely chewable let alone edible. The sides were all obviously leftover from the lunch rush because the corn was shriveled and hard, the macaroni and cheese was a solid clump, and the mashed potatoes were grainy and cold. The bread on the chicken sandwich was mushy and gross. We’ll never be back. It was disgusting and a total waste of time and money.

Ordered white meat on two meals and got thighs instead of breasts…….. this has happened before. Tried calling 7 times…no answer. Called next day…female manager tried to challenge my information….was short and ultimately hung up without saying anything. Did offer replacement but didn’t sound happy about it. First time it happened the manager was gracious and accommodating.

Went to the KFC in Franklin, IN. We waited in drive-thru by the speaker for 5min. We drove around to the drive-up window after no one answered. Cashier acted like we was bother to her. She stated that her supervisor informed her that she finished her weekly count of chicken nuggets and could not cook any more food.

Wife went there today at 6 pm. Manager on duty stated Corporate said Don’t take No coupons.!!. He did not state Why Reasons or Not. MGR.Needs to be Coaching & And learn how to Talk to people when they’re trying to Ask Questions Why.. DIDN’T State they are franchise or the Corporate ??reason they won’t take it just Corporate Told us Refuse it.. Call Customer Service on Corporate they said they Never said that.. this Individual needs to Training if it’s going to Run a Store , And tell people either they’re participating or say something other than corporate told us not to take ads!!!!! Regarding KFC in Franklin, Indiana. Store closes at 10 pm yet they send the cook home 2 hours before the store closes. So, when I walk into the store around 8 PM, there is only one partially full tray of chicken in the containers that keep the chicken warm.

When did KFC start using tiny chickens? The drumstick was barely 2 inches long. The thigh was about the same. The only piece of chicken that was halfway decent was the breast. Also, when did the original recipe become so crunchy
