What a rip off for the quantity of food you get. I purchased 2 sides (1 cole slaw) and (1 mashed potatoes) 3.99 each side. These 2 sides were an addition to my Nashville hot 3 pc meal. —total bill was 19.50 —–please look to why a person would be steaming hot about paying this price for the meal received. Photo is posted for your review- KFC leadership should know this is not going to win people business.

The food was just ok. The mashed potatoes weren’t stirred up enough or something , you could taste the potato spuds, overall yucky flavor only took a couple bites. The chicken strips were extremely salty more than usual chicken inside the breading tasted good, the Cole slaw tasted ok/lil more edible. They were out of honey. Would try eating again , if adjustments are well taken. Thank you

Food was excellent but thats where the good marks stop. Service was absolutely horrible. Placed an on-line order and arrived at specified time. Food was not ready and i was told it would be another 17 minutes. Ok no problem, was during a busy time. Waited in truck for 30 minutes, no food. Go inside and food was not ready for another 20 minutes. Manager was screaming at employees. Order was only half ready. So i asked for a refund and manager said because it was an on-line order they cannot give refunds. I’m pretty agitated by this point so i asked why they had no problem taking my money. Finally got my order (minus bisquits because i wasnt waiting any longer for food) after more than an hour . I know with the way things are that wait times are longer but that was unacceptable. Side note, no apologies from manager, no offer of discount or free sides just here’s your food.

At 8:40 pm on Saturday night when we pulled in parking lot. Employees on break hanging out of vehicle with a few other people smoking in uniform with 4 other vehicles parked to the back with multiple people hanging in cars and around them everyone smoking. It looked like they were all there together which would not be an issue but we went through drive thru for 2 sandwiches. When employee took our order she stated me u was very limited especially for any bone in chicken . So we ordered a spicy chicken and a classic chicken little. At the window employee wasn’t friendly and it seemed we were a bother . After we got our order and pulled away we noticed we had one sandwich . We had to go back and get out other one. Very poor customer service very apparent no one took their job seriously. And the limitation on what we could order I highly doubt we will ever go back . I would not suggest this location at all

Spent $50 on dinner for family. The order was correct but the food was old and stale. Chicken was dry, biscuits were hard and chicken sandwich was barely edible. A $50 lesson to eat somewhere else.
