The food was far from fresh. My fault, I guess, for going between 4-5pm. This had to be left over from lunch. Nothing was hot or fresh. I didn’t go in to pick it up, my son did, so I can’t accurately rate atmosphere.

After our totally negative experience at Avon KFC, we had a fantastic experience at the Plainfield KFC. Not only were the personnel there very friendly, but they provided a free drink for our troubles at Avon. Night and day difference between the two locations!! Inside the Plainfield location was extremely clean and our food was hot and served quickly!! THANK YOU for some great service all around Plainfield KFC!!

I ordered $20 fill up. They were out of extra crispy. In my box I got 1 leg, 1/2wing, 2 thighs. Nuggets and fries were terrible. Nuggets so hard couldn’t eat and fries were cold. Mooresville location is 1000 times better. Not the first time we received bad food at the Plainfield location.

Ordered nuggets and was asked what kind of sauce I wanted i assum3d it would be in my bag. You think it was in my bag when I got back to my hotel. NOPE! when I got to the pick up window the guy at the window argues with me that the two bottles of waters in my bag were mine. I didn’t order bottles water. The biscuit in my order felt like it was 3 weeks old and hard as a brick.

It was terrible. They has us waiting for 20mins for a 12pc chicken mix and we set over 20mins and had to go inside to see why no one came out with our food. Gets inside and they tell us it will be another 30mins for some cripes chicken to come up. All while other car was getting their food and driving away. We got all the original chicken because we’re not about to set 30 more mins after waiting 30 minutes for the first original. Chicken was half done and nasty.

I just left KFC. I get home and open up my order. Let me begin by saying I ordered an 8 PC tender family meal, with Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, a lg dt, and a sm. Cole slaw.. I got 7 tenders. Someone can’t count… And… 4 of the 7 were the circumference of a straw and hard with almost no chicken inside of them. Not even busy. It was between 3 and 4 in the afternoon today 6/8/23.

Very slow when it comes to service as a customer & as a Door Dasher. Takes way too long to wait for your orders. Staff are rude and don’t care whether or not your order was supposed to be picked up on times and would rather you wait 10 extra mins to pickup your order. KFC as a whole isn’t bad. This precise location on the other hand l, Do Not Recommend.

I really don’t know about the food. It’s 30 minutes past the pickup time and still no food. These places shouldn’t have a fast food drive through or pickup option if they can’t both be working at the same time with accurate estimates. Terrible experience!!
