In the drive through I was told there would be a 5 minutes wait on our order, and someone would bring it out. “No problem,” I said – I’m a patient person. 25 minutes later I went inside to see what was the problem. 5 other people had been waiting that long too. I was asked 5 times by the same staff person what I was waiting for. I politely re-told my order each time. 10 more minutes went by – I was now at 35 minutes, and becoming very agitated. When my order did finally come up, it was wrong. I said so to the manager, and also said that it took so long to get my order that I didn’t care anymore, and just going to take what they gave me. The manager said, “Well you don’t have to be an a$$hole about it.”

Agreed with all the one star reviews here. Probably the worst KFC on the east side. Came here a few times and twice their computer broke down. Then one time they said they were out of chicken. Really? Chicken place has no chicken? Another time they said they were only doing delivery. Whhhhaaattttt? Since when?

Why take my order if you aren’t going to serve or respect what I am paying for. I asked for an 8 piece dark chicken only original recipe. What I was given was an 8 piece mixed extra crispy. I paid $20 for them to give me whatever they wanted to give me. Your Customer service is horrible. Everyone that visits here to order food for takeout, please check your food before you leave. I should have and don’t make my mistake.

Asked to drive around to door n wait. 30 minutes later nothing. Finally 40 minutes later with me being only customer food comes out .I could tell it was thrown in the bag with no respect. These people showed lack of respect for me and the customer but even themselves. Never go there again
