Awful service. Pulled up to the drive thru window and all the lady said was “kfc”. We ordered an extra side and extra biscuit we did not receive. Also didn’t receive a side that we asked for with one of our combos. When we got home we had to reheat the food due to it being cold. Save yourself the hassle and get some chicken across the street at target if you’re going to have to pay for items you’ll know you will at least receiving them. ON TOP OF ALL THAT. My mashed potatoes (which I can guarantee are instant) were POWDERY in my food. Not mixed properly. Very poor experience.

Probably the worst managed KFC I’ve seen. The crew members are fine, just management is poor. You see them yelling at customers about no refunds for even wrong orders, they’ve changed me double before and wouldn’t fix it (contacted corporate for a refund with no issue). Then they are basically always out of some kind of chicken or forgot to cook it and would be a 30 minute wait.

Absolute GARBAGE! Don’t waste your time nor money. Ordered and they tried to charge me double. Called them out on it, “oh I guess I’ll give you a break this time”. The staff is rude and ghetto. Chicken still had feathers on it. Took 20mins to get the food while 6 other vehicles sat around also waiting. CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN IMMEDIATELY!

First off, the chicken had a Horrible after taste as if the chicken was cooked in burnt oil. Secondly, I asked for extra pickles and there were only two on my sandwich. It was only a dot a small dot of mayo. Just all bad. Rude cashier and terrible management.

This is what you’re here for .So It’s past midnight. You forgot to defrost anything for dinner, so the kids and grandparents are starving. It’s no problem. You simply drive down to your neighborhood KFC, pull up to the drive-thru window, order a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Meal and a Triple Chocolate Ripple Shake, and return home in time to relax and enjoy family dinner without having spent the day in the kitchen.

DoorDash order Overcooked and burnt chicken! Looked like it was cooked twice. I went to the store, when I asked for new chicken to be cooked, I was told it was not possible as they had good chicken. They tried to sell me the same overcooked chicken. I could not even get my DoorDash order replaced. I threw the meal in the trash.

This has been the worst KFC we have been to. One tme there is no extra crispy. Another time the chicken is almost black, because it is burnt. We recently got a 10 piece bucket that had 6 wings and 4 pieces of chicken. We are never going back.
