I ordered the four piece combo and ordered fries for the side and did not get the fries instead I got biscuit and gravy. Three of the chickens were hard like it was re dropped and the last chicken was pale and under cooked. It’s not my first time trying KFC but yesterday food was so bad

Let’s start off by telling you what I ordered , 3 breasts, 4 biscuits, 2 mashed potatoes with gravy, and two coleslaw. When I received the order I only got half of my order. I called the store, the manager would not give her name, stated come get the rest of the food. I stated I was at work and just to refund the missing items. She stated just come get it and hung up on me. I called back several times and they kept hanging up on me. I called the complaint number, obviously they have so many problems I’m still on hold and have been last 45 minutes. The Hanna store here in Indy is a joke. After 25 times of calling, the store manager was stated to be Sarah. I’m waiting on KFC corporate to return my call.

The food wasn’t bad but no ice for the beverage and the machine was leaking water everytime you tried to get a drink. The employees we’re friendly but they were talking smack about everyone that came thru the drive thru not realizing we was inside eating still. I don’t think we’ll be going back to this one. They could at least clean the tables….

Well this is rather disappointing… I got a 3-piece extra crispy big box with mashed potatoes & gravy, & macaroni & cheese. However, my pieces of chicken are rather small, they are not extra crispy. The biscuit is hard as a rock. & they gave me coleslaw instead of the macaroni & cheese like I asked for. For $14.27 (with tax), this is quite saddening, & you know it ♀️

Walk in at 9:30 pm on the 28th of July and the girl asked me how I got in, I replied I walked in and by now 2 other people walk in and then she says she would have to ring me up at the drive thru cause she didn’t have any money in the front register. I told the girl that’s fine with me and she asked if it was for here or to go & I replied for here and then some guy starts telling me I couldn’t eat there because the lobby was closed when on the door it says open till 11:00 on Fridays and Saturdays and when I pointed that out his reply was that he couldn’t read. It also smelled like marijuana inside, maybe that’s why they forgot to lock the doors so they would just have to run the drive thru…..
