I can say this is the far most worst KFC. That I have ever been to. You sit a wait over 20min. To get your order. Then watch them hand off to a customer in drive thru. Then proceeded to take it back. Act like she was giving us fresh food. Then proceeded to go in the box. To put it in a new box. Looking around to see if we are paying attention. Which we were, my husband requested. A immediately refund. Glad we did because she charged us for a meal we didn’t order. Also it don’t include everyone had on street clothes. Absolutely no uniform, wouldn’t complain if they all looked clean. Watched an employee walk in didnt wash hands. But started with food prep. Where do they do that at. I’m all for people needing employment. But this KFC lack structure, supervision and a few other things. I usually don’t do negative reviews. Being in customer and management. I can ask why are they still open. So highly disappointed.

If I could give 0 Stars I would. I ordered 2 meals with white meat. I got to my in-law’s home and realized it was dark meat and burnT. I returned to the store via drive-thru and the guy was, really, nice about it, but it all when south when he took the chicken we returned and put it back in the warmer to be resold. When I saw that I immediately asked for a refund. And when asked for a copy of the receipt to show it was refunded the girl said it will show on my bank statement I replied “I still need a copy for my record.” And when I asked to see the manager I was told “You’re looking at her.” (Her name tag said Jennifer) I told Jennifer what I saw and she replied “I gave you a refund now there are people behind you.” I asked for a number to call and she said “We are a franchise so the store number is the complaint line and the manager on duty will get the call…me. Now you got your refund and you are blocking the line.”

Diffently not worth stopping, all fries cold, suppose to have a biscuit in all 4 meal. We got one hard biscuit. No honey at all. The new chicken nuggets were the size of a nickel some wasn’t even chicken just hard crust. All of our pop was nasty. Sad spend $50 to not eat the food. Won’t be back to this one.

This should be zero stars. I went to the drive thru i saw 2 employees standing next to the speaker and appeared to be on break. I pulled up to the window and waited, nobody. They never said a word to me. Pulled around and saw the window open, yelled and waited, nobody. I then sat at the window and then called the store on my phone….nobody. Finally left. After a few hours i decided to call again to speak to mangement to find out what happened…..nobody picked up. How many chances do you want me to give you? Smh

This should be zero stars. I went to the drive thru, speaker’s broke, pull up to the window and waited, nobody. Pulled around and went in and nobody. I yelled and waited, nobody. There was an employee that was on a smoke break and watched all of this, he came in while I was leaving. New management? Seriously?

Wish I could give no stars! Placed order online so I wouldn’t have to wait in store. Order was to be ready by 6:27. We got there and there were 3 people in line ahead of us. After 10 minutes we were at the front of line. I said I had a pick up order. It was NOT ready so we had to sit and wait. Our sides were already bagged but our chicken was not ready. We waited until 6:45 for our food. Although our chicken is hot all our sides are now cold and mushy. I do not recommend ordering online. I also wouldn’t go to this location if you don’t have time to sit and wait!!
