Walked to the door and there was a faded “walk to other side this door is broken” sign. The guy mopping smirked. So I walked around and walked in and walked to the counter. Counting the guy mopping there were 3 employees visible and no one acknowledged me (except for smirky the mop boy)

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They have poor customer service & horrible food. They had me to pull forward to wait for my food as if they were cooking something to order. When i got home i find old dried out food that must have been cooked hours ago. This isn’t the first time i regret going to this kfc in portage, but I hadn’t been here in a long time so i thought that maybe they would be better now. It was a waste of money & time. I will drive to another city over before i go here again.

Chicken was good I ordered half crispy, half original. I hate that they switch from potato wedges to fries, their fries are kind of blah. Everything else was ok and I didn’t have to wait long.

Everything was good here except the employee that waited on my friend and I kept giving my friend looks I dont know if I would say dirty looks but they were just weird looks and he was doing it so obviously that my friend actually finally said something about it out loud while we sat and ate.

Go here yesterday evening buy and charged for 4 original chicken breasts get home 2 extra crispy thighs and 2 extra crispy breasts which none of were eatable this place is horrible this has happened the last 3 times here I have told all family and friends do not go here what a shame because it used to be the best one around beware Do Not Go to KFC on central avenue in portage in it’s just Terrible long time resident in this area.

Apparently this KFC doesn’t care about quality anymore. Everytime I’ve gone to other KFC’s, the chicken was smothered in sauce as advertised. As you can see, the Chicken Littles and 6 piece wings don’t aren’t even half covered in sauce. The chicken littles don’t even look like the same pieces of chicken on the menu. Very disappointing.
