Got food delivered. The chicken was nearly raw. It was completely inedible. Oddly enough, the corn was cooked all to hell. Took the entire order back. The folks there seemed confused when I said I wanted the entire order remade. We did finally get food that we could eat, but it wasn’t worth the effort.

Do not recommend this place. Was in Elkhart for zones (a swim meet that consisted of 5 or more different states) and we decided to eat here for lunch after my race. The food served to us was hard and dry. The biscuit that I bit into broke down into hundreds of pieces after I took one bite and the chicken sandwich that I ordered was dry. The place was also very dirty and the staff were not friendly at all. I also got food poisoning after eating at this place.

Apparently the cashier can take my money but not give me my change back unless I ask for it. Then still shorts me because she put it in the computer wrong. So be careful when you go here. They will short change you and make you look like a dummy

Just got chicken here and it’s awful so nasty can’t eat it ! If I lived closer I would have taken it back .. like it was sitting soaking in grease !!! Last time we ever get food there .I understand completely about everyone being short staffed but when you spend your hard earned money you should at least get decent food ! I don’t mind waiting longer if it’s good food !

Trust me, I would put 0 stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous service & they didn’t even make my famous bowl right. No corn, hardly any cheese, and 4 popcorn pieces of chicken. It looked like they replaced the freaking gravy with water!! Horrible, lousy, and just an embarrassment.

you can never come here and expect good or nice. we waited for 25 minutes and didn’t even get half our stuff. had to go back in and they knew right away it’s bc they forgot a bag. how hard is it to make sure orders are right ? it’s fast food not rocket science. go to any other kfc, it’s just this place that never has anything good.

I was very disappointed… As we walked in the Manager was arguing with a customer… We placed our order and went back to my father-in-law’s house to find the order was wrong. The large sides were half full, mac and cheese was dried out, biscuits were hard and cold, the mixed buckets of chicken only had crispy in them…. I will not be going back and will definitely put more thought into where I order food for my father-in-law from on our next trip….

I ordered french fries and macaroni and cheese, they gave me macaroni and cheese with coleslaw. Out of the 7 piece box I got 4 pieces of chicken strips. The coleslaw was dry, the chicken was hard and the macaroni and cheese too salty. The brisket was hard and dry. I will never return again.

Ordered family meal..dark meat MIXED…received 5 chicken wings..2 breast..1 thigh ALL extra crispy..macaroni and cheese was cold and biscuits were hard..terrible service..apparently the big boss was there as if that made a difference..worst dried overcooked chicken we’ve ever eaten..also the landscaping is the worst..looks like an abandoned restaurant..tried to call 3 times but call never answered..they will shut down if they continue to do business like this..it will be a long time before I go back there..very very upsetting..
