Can’t speak for everybody, but my family and I had a good experience here today. Food was fast and honestly really good. Best KFC I’ve had in years. The staff was pleasant and helpful, things seemed clean, altogether it was a good experience. Kudos to the Sunday morning staff, you guys are great!

KFC is pricey for the little amount you get. The chicken was soggy, the mashed potatoes were bland, and the coleslaw had a strange flavor…. later in the evening, I became ravenously ill, and I remained ill for 2 days afterward.

I just spent $42 on a 12 piece meal only to open the box up and fried chicken is so soggy the skin turned to mush when grabbed or just completely falls off. This is just isn’t acceptable. Who do I call to get my money back?

Drive thru. Ordered original chicken. The chicken was so overcooked and dry it was almost uneatable. Could not tell thighs from wings. Mashed potatoes was gross. Thank God for the biscuits. Only eatable part of the meal. Not going back. To expensive to get bad food.

I went total Karen on this place for a messed up Door Dash order that turned out to be from a different establishment. I left with my tail tucked between my legs and pulled around to the drive-through and ordered my missing food items. They were nicer than they should have been and (as far as I know) didn’t taint my food in any way.

Ordered online, my order was supposed to be ready at 6:16pm. As I pull into the parking lot I receive a call from KFC that they don’t have the full order of chicken that I ordered 35-45 minutes prior to 6:16pm and so I had to change half the chicken. I would be more understanding had they actually be busy.

I would give 0 stars. This was about 7:30 PM on a Thursday evening. The employees ignored the drive thru and when we went in, they were chatting away. After a few minutes, the cashier came up front. First, the cashier said they had no dark meat. Then she said it would take 20 minutes to cook and when we said we would wait, she said it would actually take 30 minutes to cook because they were so busy. We were the ONLY ones there and no one trying to order at the drive thru. They just simply didn’t want to work. So, we went to Arby’s instead. This KFC has really gone downhill since the pandemic. We will not be back.
