They actually asked if we wanted original or crispy. We said original. It came out looking like well done extra crispy. So crispy it just crumbled. Asked about it and was told its been that way for a couple of months. Said it was the fryers. It was the same last time I went there. Does not taste like the KFC I have enjoyed for years. Probably won’t be back.

I know it’s not the location’s fault, but I couldn’t even accept the drink they handed me as it displayed “diablo” with the name of a demon claiming that it “welcomes all.” How disgusting is that? I can’t believe KFC would partner with a satanic marketing theme. Awful.

I take pride on giving great reviews. Unfortunately, I’m not able to provide positive feedback. I moved to Warsaw today and ran by KFC to get lunch for my movers. It’s been awhile since I have been to KFC and requested a minute to review the menu. I ordered the 8pc chicken family meal. The person asked me a question which I couldn’t hear because of static in their intercom. I kindly asked what was said and two voices came on yelling at me and being very rude. I answered their question again kindly, yet aware. They were very rude and unprofessional. Not acceptable and I refuse to do business with them again. I hope this isn’t indicative of the professionalism and quality of others.
