Not sure how you can burn the skin yet not thoroughly cook the chicken! I ordered the pot pie, nope… we’re out. Ordered the chicken sandwich, nope we’re out. Both times offered to wait 30 minutes of my 30 minute break that was already 10 minutes shorter just waiting to order! I was the ONLY person in dining room and there was ONE vehicle in drive thru!

Stopped in quickly to grab lunch on my way back home from vacationing in Flordia and the workers were SUPER friendly and helpful even when short staffed! Probably one of if not the best experience i’ve had at a KFC hands down! Keep up the great work guys. 11/10

By FAR the worst KFC in town. Tried to order noone came to the speaker even though NOONE was line or inside. Pulled to the window and the guy standing here with the window wide open telling me to pull back around he can’t take an order at the window but I was sitting at the speaker for 5 minutes waiting, saying hello, even blew the horn. Do NOT reccomend this place to anyone, the customer service is wayyyy terrible!!!

I came through for take out by the food was not as ordered by the time I got home to check it I was not gonna drive back 60 miles to have my Order correct it I do get back to occasionally and I was told they would put my name in the book to correct the next time through I did show up about 2 weeks later told them my name was an in the book no surprise also the order was not corrected I was told I have to have a receipt And the Box was not told that when I called up I will If I don’t get a response from corporate I will tell many that I know that go to this place what will happen to me and they will not go to this place thank you

We pulled up to the drive through. Sat and waited. Nobody came on the box so I Said hello is anyone there. The young man said yeah just wait a minute we ll be right there. I stated thanks but you should have let us know. He rudely responded something and I said excuse me he replied you heard me! And then additional comments. It was an unbelievably rude exchange.

Went to KFC on 6/12/23, Carlos was the cashier and he had a great smile and had a great attitude. My daughter likes extra crispy and I do not, we both wanted the 3 piece box and I asked him if I could get 3 thighs original and my daughter get 3 legs extra crispy, he said yes and I was so happy when we got home because our orders were exactly what we wanted. I had stopped coming to KFC due to my order not being correct, but after Carlos took care of my daughter and I, I think I will be returning.

As much as I love this KFC. I have had a lot of issues with my orders. For a fact just purchased the 12 pc meal that was supposed to come with the 6 free cookies and aside from the wait, and my chicken not even being fresh, they FORGOT my cookies.
