Was not a very long wait in the drive thru this time. Food came out fairly fast. More was available from the menu this time unlike some past visits. The fries were very hard kinda got the vibe they were dipped in the grease to reheat. Based off how hard and dark color and extremely salty flavor. The nuggets were very hard as well. They tasted good. The spicy chicken sandwich was kinda pitiful looking for the price but didn’t taste bad.

This is the worst KFC chicken I have eaten in a long time it. The chicken was extremely greasy, the oil was obviously in serious need to be changed because it left a bad aftertaste and the chicken was darker than normal. The bottom of the bucket was filled with grease, disgusting Spend your money elsewhere, they don’t care.

The food is so amazing. The chicken they put in their famous bowls is amazing. They don’t use chicken nuggets in them. Yumm. Everything food wise is amazing here. The staff n managers r awesome n nice. Our favorite kfc ever besides one on the Southside in fortwayne,but this one in bluffton is #1. 🙂

We were charged $21.38 fir 2 12 piece nuggets meals and only got a total of 12 pieces instead of 24 pieces. It is the wind time in 6 months that we have gotten sub standard food from this store.

Every time I try to get a 16 piece from here they never have enough on hand. But I do not mind a few minutes wait. That means I’m getting it hot and fresh. I have never done dine in here. Always drive thru. May have to actually go in and have a seat next time

I liked 1 employe there and he was great. The manager was rude though. The place I definitely NOT clean. There were spider webs on the chairs and it looked like the floor hadn’t been cleaned in days. It looked like when they attempted to clean the counter they didn’t clean it properly because you could see smeared oil on the counter. The only reason I’m giving it a 3 star is because of the food. I really don’t see how they have passed health inspection. They need new management or something.
