I did not really care for this place. It seemed to be rather hectic and disorganized. The person who took our order did not seem to be well trained and got it wrong. He said that he was new on the job (when I asked why he was charging us for water — which the manager came over and straightened out) and I don’t fault him for that, but his management should have done a better job of making sure he was properly trained before putting him on the counter. I haven’t been in a KFC in years and I think this experience will make me continue to stay away.

Our meal was served very quickly from the drive thru. The reason became very apparent when we got home. Our potatoe wedges had been under the warmer so long that they were dehydrated. We were extremely disappointed.

On top of waiting forever, I recieved the wrong burrito! I ordered the cheesy bean and rice burrito and when I bit into the burrito it had meat and something hard in it like chips or something. I choked on it because I was not execting any thing hard in there! It would be nice if they started doing the KFC daily meal deals and add mac and cheese to their menu. It just seems like a half ass location. There needs to be some major improvement at this location!!!

Sign on the door said open Sunday at 10, arrived at 1045 and the doors were locked and the lights off. Cars in the lot so someone was there. Drive through sign said open at 1030, still not open at 1045. There were 2 other cars arrived as we were pulling out all of which had to leave as they weren’t open.

Slow service. They had run out of sour cream and other ingredients. The restaurant was grimy, worn out, and smelled. It desparately needs some maintenance and cleaning. I cannot believe the franchise tolerates such low standards.

WOW NASTY!!!! didn’t eat food, the bathroom was disgusting, sticky floor, toilets covered with urine and pubic hair. grossest bathroom I’ve ever been in, no way it had been cleaned in weeks, if the public bathroom is bad the kitchen is worse. BEWARE

How is it possible to get chicken at 11:00am and be dry and hard? I think they serve the previous day leftovers. The hot wings had a bitter taste to it like they were fried in days old oil. Horrible store!

Ordered the 5 hot wings…. I swear they butcher either mutant chickens or baby chickens I got a wing that was around the size of a half dollar.the rest were not much bigger
