Get out size wrong we would order a large and get a small and order drinks and not get them it’s ridiculous and a joke I’ll never eat there again the people that work there are always rude and rushing you to order I honestly don’t know how they are still open Batesville needs to shut it down until they find people who are serious and that is willing to do their job!!!!?

Well, was super excited. We (my 8 year old and I) attempted KFC 2 mths ago. And was told they were out of chicken. Soo here we try for it again. After working 12 hours, and 2 jobs later i wasn’t wanting to cook. So we head to batesville. As you see in the picture the drive through line was fairly long. But the kido was happy. (We dont go out to dinner often, so it was a bit of a special treat) We waited a good 22 min. Finally our turn!! Yes. We know what we want. (Not a lot, -mommas on a budget) so it wont take us long to order. Finally our turn. “Ok buddy, moms got you!”

Went for lunch and ordered the tenders meal was told they didn’t have any left. So I ordered a nuggets meal then a pot pie which they only had the nuggets. So ordered from the Taco Bell side of the menu and was told they don’t have Taco Bell till May 5th with! Canceled the order and left why be open if you don’t have a full menu!

Spent $35 on lunch for me and my family on a mobile order. After waiting 15 minutes longer than the app said, I got my food. When I got home, absolutely no sauces I had ordered were in the bag, the biscuits were undercooked. Just disappointed.

Ordered a chicken pot pie. When I opened it up it was almost burnt, 3/4 inch of it was air and at the bottom 1/2 inch of the pie filling was dried up. Will never eat there again. Wish I would have thought to take photos.

Just seems to have gone downhill so much. Expensive. For very little. I’d ordered the 8 piece tender meal and it was so nasty had to throw away. Out of spending 45 dollars…. The mt dew I got was the only good thing. It was so dirty back in the kitchen .. the bathrooms needed cleaning… It’s so bad… The employees working had tattered clothes on and shoes being held together by tape or just feet sliding across the floor. . . No smiles no greetings. Not very friendly. Doesn’t really make me ever want to go back.

The workers were very rude even the manager. They overcharged us and then didn’t want to give us change back.. they argued that there was a coin shortage so they couldn’t give us change back. Gave them $15 the total was 8.12 so the change would been $6.88 gave us 1.88 back and said that was the most they could give us then when they finally gave us change back they basically threw it and said here, here and here. Very rude….
