I ordered my food get home my kids food is missing I drive back with my cold fries asked them to be replaced since I had to drive back to get my food they didn’t give me and they refused to do so they were so rude even the manager I even order 2 more things the food was AWFUL DISGUSTING COLD they gave me large popcorn chicken with like 6 tiny pieces in it and my fries not only cold it only had a few fries in box horrible service they refused to give me a refund when I took all food back up there will never go again and call corporate I’m in fast food industry if I’m complaining then you know it’s bad!!

I entered the drive through at 12:00pm on 2/5/23 I was 2 cars from being able to place my order. I finally placed my order and waited in line for cars ahead to move. Finally at 12:45pm I got to the window to pick up my order. It is a shame The price is 25% higher than it should be, but I also had to wait in the drive through line for 45 minutes before getting my order. The service for the drive through is the worst I have ever seen. I will not go back to this KFC.

Quick Pick up needs to be removed. I ordered online Quick pick up. After I got there at the time it said I had to wait for over 10 minutes because they got busy inside and the drive thru. What’s the purpose of QUICK PICKUP ? Then when I got home my tenders were not in the bag .So I called and she told me that she would be willing to give me my tenders as long as I had a receipt. Cool , no problem even though she made me feel like I was scamming her for free food. Not quite, my problem is the GAS I’ve used and will use. So I tell you what, I’m willing to call things even beings that I know exactly what I would get if I was to go get them now. So you’ve lost a customer and I have closed my account with you all. Good food ,Lousy management. Have a wonderful life.
