Went there for a quick dinner tonight. Ordered a 8 piece extra crispy family meal. After ordering and waiting in line for 15 minutes, we finally got to the window, where the lady notified me that they didn’t have extra crispy and it would be a 20 minute wait, I said it was fine, I’ll just take regular even though it wasn’t fine, the regular is never good, just didn’t want to wait even longer than I already had. I had kids that were hungry. She finally hands me the bag after another 10 minutes and tells me to have a great day, I check inside the bag and the biscuits are missing…she then says it’s going to be an 11 minute wait on biscuits. So she knew there was no biscuits, was just hoping I wouldn’t check and would just leave. She gave me 2 sides instead, which was nice. I get home and this chicken……..disgusting. Swimming in oil and SOGGY as can be. Half the skin fell off from being so wet. Almost $40 dollars for inedible food…again(this wasn’t the first time). It’s my own fault for continuing to go back. Save your money and your time and go to lees or drive to Popeyes. This place is garbage

Ordered all white meat bucket through drive through. (You pay extra for that) Staff said pull over it would take a few minutes. After waiting 30 minutes and witnessing others drive through and leaving with food went inside. Staff said sorry and will give you an extra breast, wing. Got that and it was good but the bucket of chicken was nasty, cooked in old oil. The Staff were playfully, pinching each selves, jovial. My takeaway is, the manager was probably home, probably works weekdays and my suggestion would be take a couple of slow weekdays off and actually do your job on the weekends?

We went through and ordered $60 worth of food, and they asked us to park, which was fine, BUT…we literally waited 36 minutes and they still hadn’t brought it out. We watched the guy bag up a big order which we assumed was ours (turned out it was) but couldn’t see where he set it. After another 10 minutes we went in and asked about our order and he said that was it sitting there on the counter, so nobody even brought it out after it was bagged up.

Good KFC (Better than Eaton, OH). Almost always a wait on food here, (pull up to park, wait 6 min, have food brought out) but I don’t mind because that means it’s fresh! Only complaint is the water/ice or something… Sodas always taste like chlorine. Probably just Richmond water but makes me not want to order a drink at all.

My husband and I had a great experience here! They were very nice and the inside was very clean! We were very impressed only complaint would be it was cold on the inside but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Thank you for good service! It’s hard to come by these days!
