Visited KFC today for the first time in several years to order for our office birthdays. I was greeted by Adam and he was so kind and helpful getting us everything we needed for our pick up time. When picking up we talked to Jennife, her and Adam showed the best customer service I’ve seen in a very long time. Because of them I will definitely be back soon. Thank you to KFC for employing people who actually care about their jobs and showing it through great customer service!!

I’ve never been so disgusted eating in a fast food restaurant. I’m not one to ever leave reviews on places but this one needs to be spoken about. Hopefully it’ll save someone a trip here. For starters, upon walking in the workers had someone’s dirty phone laying up where they serve the food, playing music. It was loud enough to hear from the other side of the dining room. I ordered a chicken sandwich, it was absolutely drenched in mayonnaise, my bread was soggy. My green beans were pruney and dry. I also noticed that their fountain pop machine was caked in numerous different substances and had not been cleaned in who knows how long. There was a cleaning product sitting in the dining area as well where people ate. The workers glared and had horrible personalities. My husband said the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in WEEKS. I will NEVER go back here. I’ll do myself a courtesy and these workers a courtesy because apparently they don’t want to do their jobs.

I am the Activities Director for an assisted living and I brought my residents to have lunch at this KFC. The service was AWESOME. They brought each of my residents their food rather than having them pick it up at the counter and went above and beyond when one of my residents had difficulty communicating their order. I tried to order original recipe bucket, was told they didn’t have any original recipe, they could give me crunchy, I don’t like that one, I want original recipe. This was 530 in the evening and you can’t serve what I’m requesting. This is three 3rd time they have done this, note to self, quit going there.

They are understaffed, so it takes more time than it should. The food is generally priced higher than the value you get. I miss the buffet (another victim of COVID, at least according to them).

Something is always going wrong with this KFC. Out of food and not cooking anymore for the day, understaffed during critical times, equipment breaking causing the store unoperational, or whatever. Haven’t had an issue with the actual meal purchased just reasons why things need to be adjusted for my meal.

Would leave zero stars if it were an option! Order was incorrect, simply asked if this was ours or someone else’s order. The middle aged employee yelled at me repeatedly for the receipt, which I was getting from my husband). Once she had it, she continued to yell at us even after she discovered it was wrong. Once she fixed it, she continued to yell at us. Will never be back! I was very nice and respectful and was met with hateful screaming. Totally unnecessary!!

Was very good food. The staff on the other hand was lost and horrible at communicating with each other or the customer. Was charged for the next person in line. Had I not asked about the ticket they would have double charged me. Then that confused them to what my order was. Was given 2 different orders before I got mine.
