I got the 16 piece meal. Waited for fresh chicken. It was great. Then I opened the box that was supposed to have 8 biscuits in it. Kind of sad that someone thought this was OK to serve to a customer.

I am adding to the bad reviews for our local Kentucky fried Chicken. The lot was dirty and had weeds, the drive up window was broken. I sat behind another car for 15 minutes and then I sat for another 10 minutes waiting on my order (we were the only customers). The food was not good, there was no butter for the biscuit and no napkins were sent out with the order. Needless to say, I can’t recommend this restaurant and I will not be returning. Also no coleslaw with the dinner.

Chicken was rock hard wasn’t edible at all then went to eat my coleslaw and they had a bread clip inside almost choked on it when trying to eat . I decided to call and let the company know what I had found the female was extremely rude and didn’t want to put a manager on the phone kept repeating she was like one so we can talk to her. After I had paid I was handed drinks with no ice inside the cups asked where the ice was and they told me there ice machine wasn’t working. The female on the phone was so rude had horrible customer service and said to me what would you like me to do about it .

07-04-2023 l went and got a 16pc bucket meal to last me the next couple of days. The chicken skin was dark in color almost black or burnt. Peeled the skin off the chicken an fed it to my dogs along with the chicken that was hard that I couldn’t eat. There went $56.00 down the drain. I won’t go back to that store again. An to top it all off there was only one employee working.

Just ordered through DD at 7pm Jun 18, and the 5pc chicken was DARK brown from the old oil in the fryer. They have also not had an ice machine that ran consistently for at least a year plus. And, the highlight of the order, my sides of mac&cheese and potatoes&gravy were in regular cups with the small lids, and PLASTIC WRAP wrapped around the mismatched containers.

Went inside to order food to take out and I was the only customer in the store. , I saw no less than 6 employees, none of which took my order or even acknowledged that I was there. After about 10 minutes I left, with no food.

I ordered two famous bowls with extra gravy, and one famous bowl with no chicken, and the gal that took our order/cashed us out was also making our meals. She let me know she put extra mashed potatoes in the famous bowl with no chicken (no extra charge), and she took my order through having the person behind me in the drive through screaming at their passenger. KFC in crawfordsville has gone through a lot these past few years, and I can tell they have a hardworking crew now. I have not been disappointed the last handful of times I’ve been there. Thank you for the great dinner and great service, crew!
