Horrible experience!!Me and my husband just went thru drive thru. Our cashier was Allie, she was very rude, and short, and didn’t even give us a reciept on the $28 we spent on a 8pc meal with a 1/2 gallon in the side. She slammed the window in our face multiple times. We asked for plates.. she replied we ain’t got no plates.. (slams window).. we blew the horn to get her attention again ( another lady opened the window ( we asked if we could have a little more ice in our cups and for the lady name standing beside her name) the other lady replied that’s all the ice we are allowed to give.. that is some bs.. the service is bad here.

It took many minutes to convince one of the 3 people at the counter to even acknowledge that we were standing there. Once someone acknowledged us, it still took several more minutes for them to even start taking our order. We never got our cups, and when I went to the counter to ask about them, the kid said “did you get your food?”. When I said we didn’t even get our cups, he said he deleted our order from the board, so he needed the receipt to even give us the order. He finally gave us 2 cups (out of 4). Workers kept standing at the counter and staring at me while I was asking questions, then walking away. Every single table was filthy, there was soda and trash on the floor, and I think nearly everyone “working” there was high.

Worst experience. Ordered a five piece tender meal which I was told will take seven minutes to make after I ordered it. Sat there for over 20 minutes and when I finally came back in was promised the food be right out and it still wasn’t. Not only Did I waste almost a half hour on Something that should’ve taken two minutes. I then had to just ask for my money back. There was no reason given for why they couldn’t produce the food I paid for. It almost seems like frying chicken is too complex for the staff here. Do yourself a favor and completely avoid this place. I don’t care how nice you are if you can’t do what I ask, which is to do your job and serve food. Fire sale on the employees, in order for this to be a functioning business everyone must go. So now my kids have to wait even longer to eat with all the great range of choices out here. Avoid this KFC

Horrible service. Called to get my order corrected. Manager only focused on defending herself about what was in what bag. She went above and beyond to make sure my roommates and I stood 6 feet from each other. Which out of respect we clustered together till we each decided what we wanted. So focused on that she didn’t put my stuff in my bag most was in theirs. “6ft” Luckily it was people I knew and came with. Still missed two items.

745 and outta chicken.. no extra biscuits and only gave me three with my 8 piece order and gave me two cookies instead without telling me to make up for it they only had 3. Lady packing food rude and irritated. They had several people come in but out of chicken legs. Everything anyone ordered they told they didnt have something. We appreciate what we had but if your not gonna have any food at 745 at night when you close at 9pm then just close at 8pm.

This is a replica of what a KFC looks like and is even staffed with live actors portraying what KFC employees would wear. Don’t be fooled by its appearance though. They will occasionally have food and its best to ask what is available to order. Kind of like Netflix, if it’s something you want, they won’t have it.
