Today I ordered a combo with the side order of extra sandwich. Unfortunately when I was about to eat it 50 miles down the road, the side order was missing and there were no napkins in the bag. These are basic things for drive through service to check the order twice and make sure everything is in the bag. Unfortunately if the management is not looking into providing good service to customers, they should close the store instead of letting it run in loss every month. I tried calling the store to complain and no one picked up. I don’t think I’ll be ever back there and pretty much all the other customers who don’t get good service will do the same.

Food taste like old grease. And we received half a container of potatoes. Not enough for two people for a family order. The biscuits were dried out and old. Terrible experience. I ordered online and still had to tell them what I ordered and my order wasn’t ready.

Food here tasted delicious! We opted out for the Big Box. Original sandwich sides we’re mac n cheese , Cole slaw, French n a mountain ⛰ dew mango energy drink (new item). Workers ok n service ok. Dining room closed dew to covid restrictions. We did not receive any napkins,silverware, plates, hot sauce, honey, or condiments. Fast food restaurants used to put condiments in your bag at the drive thru. Also my drink they gave me the first time ⏲ was a pespi cola….wrong. Went here for lunchtime while some of my family ❤ was visiting at hospital . Disappointed that I choose this place for lunchtime. Even though food was delicious but service could be better

Service was mostly a miss. The last 5x I went here, they either messed up my order or overcharged for a special. The food was hit and miss. Its either cooked properly or overcooked and dry; there’s no in between. If you think ordering inside is a better option than going through the drive through and being told to pull around, think again. There are better locations to visit.

I made a mobile order and was told it would be ready in three minutes. I arrived at the restaurant about ten or so minutes later, and as soon as I walked in the door, the manager told me they were out of chicken. I told him I placed a mobile order. He said he would make it after he made two other customers’ orders. There were three customers in the dining area who looked like they had been waiting for a long time and were not happy. I probably waited at least another ten minutes for my food. The restaurant was very messy and dirty. I will not be returning to this location again.

If I could give it a minus I would. This is absolutely the worst chicken I have ever bought from not just this location, but overall experiences. The “crispy” had a coating that was thick, and for lack of a better term, sort of chewy (looked like a lot of fat). The chicken was sooo dry. I just needed chicken for this meal and what I got made me wish I hadn’t done it. I do not believe I will go to this location anymore. I felt like calling and complaining, but I would not want them to give me anymore if this is what they are serving.

Wish I could give the service a lower score. If I owned this place I’d close until I had a whole new staff. Manager obviously doesn’t care because I’ve seen the other reviews. Won’t be back unfortunately because it’s close but there is a better service KFC across town. Worth the longer drive IMO
