The food was better than expected, lately with KFC I end up waiting 20 minutes just to be waited on and then the chicken is dry. But this time I understand that they are understaffed, it took 5 minutes for someone to take my order but the chicken was the juiciest I ever had. Alex, the manager, and some of the help go above and beyond. They recently quit doing the Nashville, hot sauce on chicken strips. But a few of them will let you get it on the side to put on your sandwich. I have never had a bad meal here. A few times I’ve had to wait a period of time, but they are always sincere and great about everything.

Not happy at all with the service here. Ordered an 8 piece meal with an extra mashed potato to feed my family of four. They told us at window that they were out of the chicken and Substituted it with chicken so small it looked like an extremely small chicken wings. never got the extra mashed potato that we ordered and paid for. Never gave us a receipt. Portions on the mashed potatoes that we did get were so small it was enough for one person and the same was with the Mac and cheese very small. For almost 40 dollars spent. This place is definitely not worth it. Can’t even feed my kids and husband with what I purchased here. And ended up having to cook.

Just ordered my last 31 dollar bucket of chicken that were not distinguishable as pieces of chicken. Never saw pieces cut from the back side of the chicken as pieces. Not the usual breast wing thigh drumstick. No a fully breaded piece of the back side of the chicken sold as a piece of chicken with virtually nothing but breading.. you should be ashamed of yourself. Will NEVER be fooled by your service again and you should be reported to the attorney general.

I ordered a #8 for my brother which is in the hospital. I didn’t check the box but I should have a #8 is 3 piece of chicken with 2 sides and a biscuit. I specifically told the girl what I wanted she’s like no problem I will make sure everything is in there keep in mind I’m the only customer in there and she screwed everything up so needless to say my brother didn’t get the meal he wanted before he undergoes surgery. well thanks for nothing KFC

Simple order and it was messed up. Ordered an 8piece meal and 2 pot pies. Got only one pot pie, no receipt and when I try to call (8 times) it rings twice and then just plays a single long beep tone similar to out or service. I’m not driving 20 minutes back. No silverware as others have said either. Rude customer service.

Went to get a simple three pc chicken plank meal with mash coleslaw simple waited 10 min for fresh chicken it was over cooked by a lot and the potatoes were just old and gross didn’t get my Coleslaw just terrible worked 12 hours that was my first meal lived to far to drive it back just smh only thing good about my meal was my hush puppies the meal was like 14$ maybe a little more have to do better

Worst KFC I’ve ever eaten at. The service was fine but the quality Jesus Christ. My chicken tasted like it was straight out of a trash can. And they don’t clean the grease very often . I took one bite of my chicken and immediately spit it out and not to mention it was practically dripping grease. Don’t go here for the love of God. Save yourself
