Been to this place occasionally for many years and the quality has gone downhill lately with chicken being fried in old grease and probably re-fried given the dark texture and bitter taste. Wasted enough money on recent orders hoping it was a one time fluke but to the trash it goes and never coming back until they get their acts together.

It wasn’t busy. I got some chicken tenders and fries, nuggets and a spicy chicken. Well the fries must have been the last of them and were cold. I wasn’t asked a preference of sauce. Just ranch and BBQ sauce was put in my bag. It wasn’t dirty in there but for it not to be busy, someone could have cleared the table where some obviously rude customer left their food on the table. I usually don’t eat fast food because it never really looks like its advertised ☹ Im a really big fry lover and for my fries to be cold and small end pieces, it was very disappointing.

After having to pull forward and wait when we were literally only 1 of 2 people in the entire place we had to still sit far longer than what felt necessary. The food finally came and surprise it was the food for again the only other person there. After going in and asking for the correct food we are given attitude about it given the wrong food AGAIN. We finally get the right food and leave only to realize we were shorted an order of fries and given no sauce. This location is easily the worst one around.

After reading and looking over other reviews, I can confirm that what everyone else has said is true. Ordered out tonight and just had the worst experience from any KFC. First of all, their online website is awful. It won’t ever load correctly and when it does you better double and triple check what you clicked on to order as it seems to change from what you want. When called to explain, were only told that they have no ability to change or do anything with it because it’s all from a third party source. There was no offer to help or fix or adjust or any sort of consolidation made to make our experience better. We ordered from their website too, not a third party dasher service.

There was a really long line at the drive thru, there was about 9 cars in front of us. It only took about 5 minutes to get from the end of line to receiving our food. The food was warm, well cooked, crispy, and we received everything we ordered.

Went to st Clair shores on harper for $22.00 my chicken, fries, and tenders were old and dried out. Very disappointed . The only good experience was the woman taking our order in drive thru she was amazing and professional .

Went there tonight and spent way to much money to have a young punk at the window be completely rude! He basically through my food into my car and then I asked for honey and he rolled his eyes and grabbed a handful that was way to big to fit in my hand so they all fell but 1 and he shut the window and didn’t apologize or ask if I wanted anymore. It’s a Friday night and he probably wants to be out but that’s not my concern. They need employees with better customer service skills at the window.
