HORRIBLE!!! Ordered 8pc family fill up on line and it would be ready at 5:43 pm. Well it sure wasn’t when I had to ask so many times about my Order. I ask to speak to the manager in charge and she (JACKIE ) told me she didn’t know how to do it. Then she walked away and started eating in by the drive thru window. I asked for a refund and JACKIE the manager said I don’t know how to do it!!! Really get rid of her!! The young girl did her best to help fill my order. The time I finally got my food was at 6:40pm. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

I called to make sure my order would be ready told the lady thank you and she just hung up on me. When I get there to pick up my order the man doesn’t say anything about not having my correct drink, he let’s me taste it and afterwards tells me it’s raspberry flavored. I ordered just a regular sweet tea, he could’ve said something. I get home I taste my chicken sandwich and it’s not spicy, when that’s what I ordered. I’m assuming they either knew they didn’t gave the spicy, and just like my drink, decided not to say anything, or somebody just didn’t make my order right….When I order something I’d like exactly what I ordered, if you don’t have it say something because I could’ve ordered something else or got a refund.

Tried to place an online order for me and my family after work at 9:35 pm got there at 9:45 for it only to be canceled for being “too late”. I suggest the owner replaces whoever is managing this place because they’re gouging you money on lost food sales and then the labor cost for them to stand around until 10pm to do nothing on a Friday night for 30 minutes.

Absolutely terrible. Not just one experience. Every time we go, it’s something different. Some different excuse why this location is “unable” to do their job. You order a 16 of extra crispy, they give you a 12 of original. For starters… When you call to resolve the issue, there is no answer. Will not be returning to waste any more money here.

Do I have to choose a rating? This store by far has continuously disappoint at every visit! We ordered pot pies and received inside of them instead of shreds of chicken there was, breaded greasy already prepared chicken in the pot pie! Which means they took old fried chicken, and through only inside my pot pie!!! How disgusting! We will definitely not be returning! Oh and if that wasn’t enough, the people that work there, VERY RUDE!
