The lady that took my order was especially very polite and professional. She was attentive and made sure she got everything correct. She had long braids, so I’m describing her this way because I didn’t get her name. I will go back there because my food was fresh, hot and made in an timely manner. The store was very clean also.Young lady keep up the good customer service !! If she is able to get this review, I’m the young lady who was talking to my daughter on phone to her order as well !!! They packed up my food for me because I was on the bus and made it so that I was able to transport it with care !! THAT’S WHAT YOU CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Usually a good experience when I go to the 9 Van Dyke near Nine Mile location except today I suppose…..ordered a 4 Piece tender meal with a Sweet lightning and honey bbq…..after waiting 7 minutes of my 30 Minute lunch I got a 3 piece combo with regular Mountain Dew and ranch…..

Almost 20 minutes for a 3 item order…Only thing I had right away was my drink, because that was self service. Manager was busy on the phone, rather than ensuring workers were actually WORKING!!! Witnessed multiple workers just standing around rather than preparing orders. Felt like I was bothering whatever workers were doing before I entered the business. Place was not very busy at drive thru, so what takes so long?

I paid 20.13 for only 8 chicken tenders. I still have the receipt. Later, I priced 8 chicken tenders on the internet and discovered that I had been overcharged by around 8 dollars!!! Unfortunately, the kfc’s I visited in my area all overcharged for chicken tenders with prices varying. Never the Google search price!

Such a rude and disrespectful attitude. Sent a coworker to pick me up food. Coworker asked to make sure it was all made correctly. Had such a snobby attitudes toward the question. I check my food when my coworker returned. Did not make it plain. Had to drive all The way back there to get my sandwich mead correctly. Such condescending attitude when I came back to get my sandwich made correctly. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend going to any KFC around this area they all suck.

Went in for lunch with a co-worker, simple order. They forgot to put sauce on one of the sandwiches that was requested, and the guy taking the order acknowledged. Also forgot the soda that was ordered and honey mustard, which he said he also acknowledged. All in all, they really weren’t listening and were too busy talking about quitting.

I went through the drive through today with my mother and I was trying to specify my moms order and the lady at the register was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. I was telling her my mom wanted cole slaw with order and the person had a blank stare so I told my mom I guess employees couldn’t care less what we wanted . She appeared to be pregnant not sure but her attitude was horrible and yes I snatched the food..not wise on my part but based on my experience I will never return and I hope you all check your employees with these complaints because it hinders your business!!!
