Staff was pleasant. However, it seemed that many staff members were newbies and had trouble filling the orders. The manager was trying to fix the POS system up front. The food was delicious. The dining area was very clean. Restrooms were also very clean and well stocked with toilet paper.

I never go here, but when I do, I always regret it. Just an overall unpleasant place to be. Always has been. There’s a Popeyes literally 3 min up Ellsworth that’s better. This place is always empty for a reason.

Hadn’t been to a KFC in at least 10 years. I decided to check it out again because when I was a kid it was wonderful. The first time that I got a chicken pot pie at the Michigan Avenue Ypsilanti store, there was a 3-inch chicken bone in my pot pie! About 6 months later, my neighbor was going and I rode along and decided to try it at a different shop in Ann Arbor on Washtenaw. Instead of a bone, I got 1, teeny tiny piece of chicken, swimming in all of that gravy with okay-sized pieces of peas, carrots, and potatoes, for almost $6!

Recieved a tied up bag at the drive-thru window. Asked if there was honey sauce in the bag; Drive-thru worker replied “yes”. Recieved neither honey sauce nor the bbq sauce ordered with my tenders.

Went to get lunch and the woman at the window was very much in a bad attitude didn’t even give us the right order we ordered a chicken tender box one with coleslaw and mashed potatoes the other with coleslaw and fries one order was fine the other one didn’t even get our mashed potatoes The woman didn’t even listen to us if we didn’t even get any of our dips for our chicken tenders at all and we had to pull up and wait for our food so it’s not like they were rushing…. Will never eat at this KFC again

Went to KFC for dinner while down there for a surgery at the hospital. We pulled up on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at 7pm. While sitting in the drive thru: we watched a male employee come out of the back door of kfc dressed in their uniform to a car with other people all ready in it smoking something-the whole car was full of smoke. While we were still waiting in line a total of more than 10 minutes the line moved for us to place our order. That employee came out of the car along with a female employee went back into the building through the back door. The male employee took our order and could not comprehend what I was saying. 2 number 8 with coleslaw, mashed pototoes and gravy. Crispy chicken. I ended up repeating this simple order several times then was asked If we wanted something to drink. I said a pepsi and mountain dew. I was asked if I wanted them together? (Like in one cup)No two drinks. This person taking the order was very unprofessional, stoned and made you wonder if you should eat the food. Upon pulling up to the window, that question was answered. None of the employees were wearing hair nets on their heads or beards. The female’s hair was extremely long and drets to boot. The male employees the same long hair no nets. Only 3 employees in drive thru lobby was closed. We waited for several minutes by the window (which noone ever opened) we left. We could not believe that the owners of this franchise is still in business with employees like this. Never will go there again. So disappointing since ours here at home is so clean, neat, professional, and quick to fill the orders.

Brittany the manager if that’s her name is a nasty human being .If you want your order correctly make sure you check all your items fries come with everything I didn’t ask for fries I substituted mash potatoes and Mac your order will be wrong Brittnoy will call whole crew laugh at you call you all kinds of names vulgaritires while tiny short boy wanna be laughs poke holes in your stuff watch your cameras they be nasty nasty ratchet human beings.That have destroyed our community.
