Experience was decent, didn’t have any extra crispy chicken wings at the time. I did get a extra piece of chicken though. Two pieces were fresh and the other two pieces appeared not fresh. Biscuit was delicious and the staff was very pleasant.

I placed my order for a 4 piece all dark meat chicken, and 3 peppers. First I didn’t get the peppers, so I went back and the employee asked for my receipt like I needed to lie about some peppers.I explained that I ordered them and he didn’t put them in the bag. I got home, opened the bag and the peppers looked like they got them out of the garbage. I will be calling their corporate office tomorrow.

I guess I came at the wrong time . The chicken was so small. I ordered a 3 piece and it looked like a Cornish hen . I was disappointed, but they did receive my coupon so I gave the 2 stars instead of none. The service was good no issues there. The atmosphere wasn’t bad either. It’s when I finally went home and opened the meal . Unsure why the pieces were so small…never had that happen before.

I’m not one to complain about food service since I also work in the food service industry but if I had to recommend a kfc location I’d recommend any location that isn’t this one. I came here a few days ago and ordered $54 worth of food just for my order to be completely wrong. I can understand a few mess ups but my whole thing was wrong. I ordered an 8 piece bucket meal with no thighs and 2, 4 piece chicken tender meals. My bucket was filled to the brim with nothing but thighs and my tenders weren’t even tenders. They were more thighs. It was really disappointing considering how much money was spent. If you plan on spending a lot of money at a kfc, don’t come to this one.

Its a shame that the first meal of the day had to be french fries that tasted like they were made yesterday and then microwaved and chicken tenders that werent cooked all the way. Getting sick afterwards is great too. Im a manager for fastfood and if i ever saw this getting handed to my guests i would have to question my employee training.

I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal and added on 2 drumsticks for an additional $8.00 which is insane but I get home and there’s only 8 pieces of chicken in my bucket. Not 10 like I ordered. I have called them for an hour straight and not one single person answered their phone!! Whoever owns this KFC should hire more quality staff or spend more time at your business!! Such poor management and customer service!!

They only carry pot pies in winter????? We don’t normally visit this location as it’s on the other side of town and our kfc’s all have pot pies year round. The chicken nuggets were good
