KFC flatrock absolutely disgusting. The fries were not edible, tasted and looked like the day before, just reheated. The “new” kfc wraps, had no spicy mayo so they gave all classic, cold chicken and gross. We will not be eating there ever again. I’m not paying $17 for that trash food again, waste of money.

Placed order online. Order was accepted before 8. I arrive to pick up my order and was told they closed at 8 and didn’t have my order, she acted like it was my fault and I was an inconvenience. Customer service is terrible. Money was taken, never refunded, still waiting to hear from ANYONE to fix it. $51 for nothing.

Placed an pickup order, went to the location and the doors were locked around 6pm and tried to cancel my order but the order was already “completed” and had no one to get the food nor my money back due to the order already being “completed”. Always have had problems with these workers at flatrock and multiple KFC locations. I would like to be reached out to or contacted for a refund or even just to get my order and I’ll rechange my review to 5 stars which it was at before this.

Everything was fine except the wait time and the fact I said no to rounding up .98 cents or whatever to their KFC thing and they did it anyways.
