The food is just average kfc. It’s fine although they rarely have pot pies when you want them. And the lobby hasn’t been open since Covid. I’ve tried to go in at least 4 times and closed every time. Asked the drive thru cashier and she said their lobby is never open because they are short staffed. They just be short staffed for years then lol That’s why they get the low score for atmosphere.. you can’t score for that when you can’t even go inside.

I just wanted corn muffins instead of biscuits and they sell them but they are not on their website – the manager stated I wouldn’t be ordering my food through door dash anyway and he didn’t have time to talk to customers and the young lady he had take the call said I could order them and then said I couldn’t and hung up on me! I will not be ordering from them anymore door dash or in person!

Garbage employees have no experience in customer service. Placed an order online and go to pick it up and they gave it away to someone else after having me sit there for 25 minutes. Then blamed me for there mistake manager wasn’t even in the store was sitting in a truck in the parking lot. Seriously the worst place to ever go to do not recommend better off driving the extra 10 minutes to Southgate location. Deserves negative 5 stars!!!!!!!

I purchased the 20 dollar fill up box. It was sad, they’re out of what goes in the box but they don’t tell you. I got home had some sad looking chicken,some absolutely horrible old cold fries and no biscuits at all. THIS IS THE WORST KFC ON THE PLANET. DO NOT GO HERE.

Just wanted to grab a snack at a nearby kfc. Bad choice. The chicken was cold and was made very messy as you can see in the pictures. The drive thru woman at the window was the opposite of friendly. I won’t be back.
